Choir breakfast and special performers (choir members playing the piano for their peers). Thanks to Angie Gardner for coordinating this breakfast and all the morning supervisors that helped.
Special thanks to the decorating committee for bringing a little winter spirit to the multipurpose room. Thanks to Scot Mathews for sound, Christy Williams for percussion, and Mary Jeppson for violin.
Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of the children during the concert. Here are a few photos of post-concert. We had a great time singing for the afternoon assembly. Some of the audience members followed directions and clapped in American Sign Language (shake hands) so we could keep our program moving. Special thanks to Scot Mathews for sound, Christy Williams for percussion, and Mary Jeppson for violin.
The choristers' favorite songs (from a survey taken at the choir breakfast) were Winter Fantasy (Snowflakes Falling/Jingle Bells) and What a Wonderful World. Silent Night and Haida came in close after that. |
